Thank you so much for supporting me and my art! Please keep in mind that all items are hand made by myself and since I'm only human, mistakes can be made. I do everything I can to avoid the known issues, but working with resin can be very unpredictable as it is chemicals. I have high standards for myself and my art and I have many reviews showing that I pour my absolute heart into each piece I make. 

Payment - I use PayPal on my website, but you can use a debit/credit card to pay. You simply have to press the PayPal button and choose the option to pay with card below the login area. 

Most items on my website are ready to ship and are usually shipped within 3-5 days. I do my best to be quick about it. I primarily ship USPS priority, but since items over $35 ship free, it may be just a little longer to help me save on shipping costs. 

I do accept returns of RTS items as long as you contact me within 14 days of the order and ship back in the same condition it was shipped in. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

All personalized/custom orders are final sale. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns regarding your order. 

I do require an agreement to be signed for my Funeral and Wedding flower Preservations. Reservations are nonrefundable and are deducted from your final balance.
